Corporate House
The company trip, properly run.
Retreats, offsites, incentives and client events across Koh Samui and Thailand, planned and run by one team.
What the Corporate House arranges.
One brief, from the board offsite in a clifftop villa to the incentive trip a whole sales floor is chasing.
A retreat they remember for the right reasons.
A good offsite is a logistics problem wearing a nice shirt. Fifteen people, four days, a room that works in the morning and a table that works at night, and every transfer landing on time so the agenda holds. We have run this on Samui often enough to know where it goes wrong: the villa that photographs well but has no shade for a working session, the boat day that eats a morning nobody had to spare, the dinner booked for the wrong end of the beach. We book around all of it.
We take the brief, hold the villa or the resort block, and build the days so the work happens and the reward lands: a strategy morning on the terrace, an afternoon on the water in Ang Thong marine park, a long dinner that people still mention months later. Chef, cars, meeting kit and the whole run of the day sit with one team. Our Koh Samui guide shows the island we build these around.
The night the client says yes.
Client entertainment is where a relationship gets decided, and it rarely gets a second take. We arrange the evenings that do the quiet work: a private chef aboard a yacht at anchor, a beach dinner with the right ten people and nobody else, a table held at the restaurant that does not usually hold tables. You bring the guests. We make sure the night runs itself.
For brand work, we build launches and activations on the ground here, a product reveal at a villa, a press day with the island as the set, an anniversary dinner for a firm that wants somewhere memorable. We know the venues, the suppliers and the fixers, and we know which ones deliver when it matters and which only do so in the brochure.
The reward that books itself.
An incentive trip has to feel like a prize from the first email, or it does not motivate anyone. We design programmes a sales floor will chase all year: a clear picture of the villa, the yacht day and the dinner waiting at the end of the target, then the whole thing delivered to the letter when the winners land. We handle the tiers, the rooming, the plus-ones and the awkward middle where the numbers keep changing, so HR gets to hand out something that actually arrives as promised.
For firms who send people to Thailand often, we hold a standing arrangement: your company's number on the island, one point of contact who already knows your travel policy, your approvers and how your people like to move. It is the same care we give a private member, pointed at your executives and your clients instead. Start the conversation and we will shape it around how your business already works.
Anantara Lawana, Koh Samui.
When a group needs a base, close to the airport, room to meet and a beach to unwind on, we send them to houses we trust with our own guests. Anantara Lawana, on the calm northern reach of Chaweng, sits near the top of that list for a corporate stay.
